P astor Kevin O'Neil  was ordained in 1983. Since then he has served as an assistant pastor, lead in puppet/drama team development, been a youth pastor, helped start a children's radio program, served as a police chaplain, lead men's discipleship studies and been involved in many foreign mission outreaches. In 1986 he planted a Calvary Chapel in Mexicali, Mexico and was the Senior Pastor there until 1996. Then in 1999 he started a Calvary Chapel in Cuenca, Ecuador where he was also the Senior Pastor until 2005. He trained and raised up his own successors in both churches and they are still flourishing today.  Kevin's wife is Diane.  They have five children ranging in age from 15 to 26.
