To plant a church in Khabarovsk with the Calvary Chapel
philosophy of ministry, that is:
1) teaching the Bible in an expository style
2) relying on the leading on the Holy Spirit for direction rather than traditions and programs
3) emphasizing the development of a deep and growing personal relationship with Christ in the believers, not just church membership.
As a result, this will produce mature and true disciples who will worship God properly, serve him, and love others.
