Our Mission
We are currently on staff with Reach Out Ministries and will be
until August. We are going to move from Budapest on or about August 1st. We will be in Oregon for
two-three months. Then we will move to Colorado Springs where we will begin a position w/
Whole Heart Ministries. Whole Heart Ministries "...strives to serve Christian parents worldwide by encouraging, equipping
and enabling them to bring their children up in the training and instruction of the Lord, to build a biblical home and a godly
heritage."
But where we are now: We are serving with Reach Out Ministries. The purpose statement of Reach Out is to "equip leaders for
strategic youth ministry". This equipping takes place through training of lay and paid
staff, through the participation in local, regional and national youth "offensives" (outreaches or
campaigns), through the use of strategic youth ministry materials (publications).
Our Needs
Because we are facing a lot of changes our needs reflect this: We need to finish well what we are doing here: publications, transfer of responsibilities, structure for the nationals to function in We need wisdom regarding personal decisions about packing, moving, etc. We will have financial needs relative to relocating (container to America, relocating to Colorado) We will continue to remain as "missionaries on support" . We believe that our location is changing but the core of what we have been doing remains much the same (helping produce materials that are used in discipleship)
