S T A T E M E N T O F V I S I O N
Intensive Care Ministries was founded to equip national pastors and
Christian workers for the work of service. Our purpose is twofold:
(1) To teach them how to study the Word, and (2) To motivate them
to feed their people through systematic Bible study. Our vision is
to set up training programs within various countries to accomplish
these purposes.
H I S T O R Y O F I C M
Intensive Care Ministries was founded in 1984 by Pastor Dan Finfrock.
In 1985 he moved his family to the Philippines. He saw the need to
train national pastors in how to study the Bible inductively, with
an emphasis in becoming expositors of the Word. Since beginning, thousands
of pastors and Christian workers have been taught the Inductive Study
Method, and many churches flourish because of this ministry. Staff
are now located in the United States, the Philippines, and in Russia.
In December 1991, we began sending short term
leaders into Russia with the ICM Seminars. Thousands of believers
in Russia have become grounded in this study, and many churches and
Bible studies have since begun. ICM Ministries desires to seek out
gifted pastors and Christian workers, further equipping them in their
study of the Word to motivate them to give their people the whole
counsel of the Lord.
